Just 3 weeks ago, Katie gave birth to our first child. Our beautiful baby girl, Caroline Sophia Drake was just 6lb 8oz, and only 19.5 inches. it was quite a struggle, but she was worth every minute of pushing. She has brought so much joy and happiness to our lives, and we've fully embraced her into our lives. I like to joke and say that when she came into the world, I was kind of like the Grinch..."his heart grew 3 sizes that day!"
Since then Caroline has grown so much and is changing so fast. Luckily she has taken to sleeping well, and, thankfully, letting us sleep. She likes to visit the family and spend time with the grandparents. We hope that she can spend more time with those that love her as much as we do.
